Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and bdwim (the "Platform", "Operator", or "we/us/our") in relation to your use of the bdwim website at https://bdwim.io and all associated services, products, games, and payment processing facilities made available through that website.

By registering an account with bdwim, clicking any "I agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox during the registration process, logging in to an existing bdwim account, or placing any bet, wager, or real-money game stake through the bdwim platform, you are confirming your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the bdwim platform regardless of the device used to access it (desktop, mobile browser, or any other interface). bdwim reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any account holder at any time. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts for which age cannot be verified to bdwim's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld.

If it is discovered at any point that a player was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any point during which bets were placed, bdwim will immediately close the account, void all bets and transactions, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required. Any deposited funds may be returned to the payment source at bdwim's sole discretion after investigation.

Account Registration and KYC

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active bdwim account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. You must notify bdwim promptly if any of this information changes after registration.

bdwim operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport (front and back).
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document).

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdwim platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdwim does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary based on account verification status and payment method limits. All deposits to bdwim must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

bdwim is not responsible for delays, errors, or failed transactions caused by third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. Bonuses and Promotions

The availability, value, and terms of any specific promotion are governed by the individual promotion's terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

The following general conditions apply to all bdwim bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible account holders aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per account, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk wagers that exploit bonus terms (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting against the house"), or using automated tools to exploit promotional structures — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Winnings generated from free spins may be subject to a maximum win cap as stated in the specific promotion terms. bdwim is not obligated to honour bonus payouts where technical errors or system malfunctions have resulted in inaccurate bonus calculations.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bdwim platform are final once confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of any bet — including stake amount, selection, market, and odds — before confirmation. bdwim will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error.

For sports betting (including cricket):

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are accurate at the time of display, subject to market fluctuation prior to bet confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation. bdwim is not responsible for delays in transmission that may affect the odds received.
• In the event of a match abandonment, void, or result that falls outside the scope of a specific market's settlement rules, bets will be settled according to bdwim's official sport-specific rules published on the platform.
• bdwim reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to a technical error or where the outcome was known at the time of placement.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information before a final decision is made, unless the nature of the suspected breach requires immediate action to protect the platform or other players.

Amendments to These Terms

bdwim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, bdwim will provide advance notice to registered account holders via email or a prominent notice displayed on the bdwim platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal obligations or to address security concerns.

Your continued use of the bdwim platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the bdwim platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or in connection with your use of the bdwim platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bdwim platform. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

bdwim's decisions regarding bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account suspension, and fund forfeiture under these Terms are final unless a material error of fact can be demonstrated by the account holder.
